  • Reducing or completely stopping smoke and alcohol consumption
  • Physical exercise every day for at least 30 minutes
  • Well balanced & healthy diet with proper nutritious fruits and vegetables 
  • Healthy ideal body weight and fit appearance
  • Postmenopausal hormone therapy
  • With a new-born baby, Breastfeeding lowers down the risk of breast cancer

With an increase in public awareness, the prognosis & recovery rates of patients diagnosed with breast cancer have improved significantly. If breast cancer is detected in its early phases, before it has spread more, then the five-year survival rate is approximately 98.5 percent. It’s a dangerous condition invading and destroying healthy cells in the human body. Age, stage, tumor size, lymph node status are essential factors to throw light on by medical practitioners during medical healthcare.
