Lockdown Fatigue

The effects of lock down has taken a toll on uncertainties and menial work routines resulting in anxiety and restlessness.

A battleground of COVID-19 led to mental trauma balancing work and personal life. This pandemic made us question our psychological health and proved that EQ is equally necessary in human just like IQ.

Go easy on yourself! Whatever you do today, let it be enough. Eliminate negative bubbles and culminate your wisdom.

How can you focus clearly without being edgy and exhausted?

Home gym is the new normal. Cycle your way out in the lap of nature. Practice breathing exercises and chanting to gain vitality. Intake of greens and proteins in diet to boost your energy so that you don’t feel lethargic. Inculcate habits of performing without equipment movements at home and dance to the rhythm of gratefulness.

Get organized and do something productive or lay down and rest your eyes for every time you feel tired. Do things you never tried before and get creative in your personal space. Do not let your moods dictate your actions. Do not be too overwhelmed as everybody is sailing in the same boat. So, connect with people and talk it out.

Transform your conviction to follow proper hygiene habits, to move your body daily, to take a break from tech and don’t consume too much news and listen to music. Because this too shall pass…
